Det har lenge versert rykter om at Microsoft vil la fremtidige Xbox One-eiere spille 360-spill gjennom en eller annen form for streaming-tjeneste, men i et nytt intervju med Polygon forteller Albert Penello fra Xbox-avdelingen at de ikke er sikre på noen løsning ennå. Penello ser på det at de ikke kan kontrollere kvaliteten på opplevelsen som mest problematisk.

So managing quality of service, the tolerance people will have for it being crappy. Can you imagine, in this day and age, with the bad information around, and we can't control the quality of that experience and make sure it's good, or have to tell people they can't do it?"
