Vi vet veldig lite om Halo 5, men Brad Welch fra 343 Industries har vært overraskende sjenerøse en serie med Twitter-innlegg der han forklarer at han er klar over spesifikke mangler i Hali 4, og at han akter å gjøre flerspillerdelen bedre neste gang.
"Halo MP is a challenging beast. Part of my love for it is the Quake arena tradition. We didn't service this so well in Halo 4."
En fan spurte "also, you guys went with a progression system but made it way too quick to achieve max SR. H4 had no longevity at all" og fikk svaret:
"Very fair point. I actually designed that system and feel bad that it tapped out. Major surgery pulled me out of H4 a bit early."
"There was a few moving parts there that caused that, but we've fed all the stuff we didn't think went well into future plans."
En annen spiller etterlyste tydeligere tilbakemeldinger på at man gjør fremskritt, og han fikk svaret:
"So visible skill is what you want, right? Tell me what your favorite skill ranking system in any game!"
Samme fan igjen:
"Halo 2 + 3. Front-facing numerical value: easier to interpret than emblems and gives instant recognition and respect."
Og deretter Brads svar:
"Gotcha, Kev. Same basic feedback we hear a lot from H4."
Welch innrømmet også at DLC-pakkene var langt fra optimale, og lovet til slutt å gjøre Halo 5 så bra som det er mulig å få til.
