Utgiver Sega kunne i dag annonsere at de har gått til anskaffelse av nok et spillstudio, nemlig franske Amplitude. Spillstudioet er kjent for 'Endless'-serien med spillene Endless Space, Endless Legend og Dungeon of the Endless. Ifølge Sega Europe Ltd's President og COO Jurgen Post (via GamesIndustry) skal dette styrke Segas posisjon i PC-markedet, og nå eier de altså utviklere som Creative Assembly, Sports Interactive og Relic Entertainment i tillegg til Amplitude.
