Bil race og rally fans har lenge hatt et bredt tilbud av virkelighets tro ratt til både PC og konsoll. Nå kommer Thrustmaster til unnsetning for motorsykkel fansen!
Vi fikk nyss om at FreeStyler Bike, som rattet heter, var på vei til PSOne, PS2 og PC allerede i oktober. Nå har altså Thrustmaster sluppet vidunderet. I følge en tidligere pressemelding sies det at prisen vil ligge på rundt 800,-. Nå derimot har vi fått en utfyllende liste over FreeStyler Bikes features. Her er et utdrag fra pressemeldingen og, selvfølgelig bilder: "The FreeStyler Bike is bringing motorbike, jetski and moto Grand Prix games as close as possible to the reality," says Product Development Manager, Laetitia Bornot. "The sit-on and desktop positions, as well as the leaning and turning driving possibilities, offer the maximum of options to suit the gamers preferences."
Equipped with one analog lever for the brake, one analog handle for the gas and one digital lever for clutch or brake, the FreeStyler Bike offers two driving styles, cross / jetski and Grand Prix modes. While the cross / jetski mode allows the gamer to turn in curves and in the air, the Grand Prix mode gives the user the freedom to lean into the corners, realistically representing the action found in the game.
The FreeStyler Bike has been designed to experience a realistic motorbike driving sensations. From the sit-on position and rubber textured handles, to the various steering options, the FreeStyler Bike’s overall design is made to bring the bike into the living room.. The 15 buttons are ergonomically positionned to give the player easy and quick access without letting go of the handles, providing better results in the game.
