Flere skjermiser fra GTR

SimBin har sendt oss nok en fet bunke med rykende ferske skjermiser fra deres kommende racingspill GTR. SimBin lover oss en realisme vi ikke har sett maken til og biler som er perfekt dynamisk oppbygd. Spillet kommer bare til PC og utgis i løpet av november.

GTR is the new ultra-realistic simulation by SimBin Development Team AB which is soon to be released by German publisher 10tacle studios AG.

The game is based on the FIA GT Championship racing series and GTR includes all of the cars and drivers from the season of 2003 as well as the prestigious 24 Hours of Spa race.

Developed and tested by the FIA GT drivers utilizing actual racing telemetry data from the featured teams, GTR will deliver the most realistic driving experience the world has seen to date. GTR will be released on PC CDROM in November 2004 in Germany, Austria, Switzerland and Scandinavia. For the worldwide release of GTR at the beginning of next year, 10tacle is also looking for strong sales and distribution partners in selected regions.

The TrackIRTM device is a unique gaming controller designed to allow accurate control of characters and environments through natural head movements. Its easy-to-use interface and unobtrusive form factor has made it the premier head-tracking controller. In EnhancedTM mode the TrackIRTM interacts directly with the game, instead of emulating a mouse. The most important benefit of this is absolute positioning, which means that the player's viewpoint can always easily be returned to the centre position, even after completely moving away from the display screen.

With TrackIRTM, GTR will give the ultimate racing simulation experience. No longer will the sim racer be confined to the constrains of a traditional monitor, where it is often difficult to see the optimum racing line and exactly where opponents are on the track. You now have the ability to look quickly through the side windows and around highly detailed cockpits, as if you were in a real FIA GT car. This exciting technology allows the sim racer to have complete situational awareness and become part of the game world.
