Steel Rats er et kommende spill fra Tate Multimedia, som kombinerer en rekke forskjellige elementer, og som byr på en motorsykkeltur gjennom fiendtlig terreng. Vi fikk muligheten til å slå av en prat med utvikler Marta Matyjewicz på Gamescom om hva fansen kan forvente seg av spillet.
"Steel Rats is designed to be like pure fun and gameplay," forklarte hun. "It's a mixture of different genres like vehicular games, action games, platform games, and it's about wrecking things and riding."
"It's an arcade game where story matters, so you have to discover what's going on, because having robots in the city which are trying to kill you is not your usual thing, so you have to discover what it's all about, and you have to discover some secrets along the way to have like more background to the story. Also if you just want to beat your friends and be the fastest racer around, so just ride through the game, there's a high replayability to the game."
