Ja, vi kunne godt si at dette var en kjempe overraskelse at Electronic Arts nå sender enda en utgivelse på gaten til det suksessfulle The Sims 2, men det er det nok ikke. Utvidelsen gir deg mulighet for å kjøre en butikk i stilling, holde godt grep på dine trofaste kundegrupper, samtidig med at du pleier arbeidsmoralen hos dine medarbeidere.

Du vil videre selv kunne skape de ting som skal selges i din butikk og så skal du til og med være i stand til å lytte til kundenes krav.
