Tribe Gaming pens deal with Razer to use phones and headsets

There'll also be a Vainglory docu-series as part of the deal.

Esports organisation Tribe Gaming has announced that they've entered into a partnership with Razer that will see their teams use Razer phones and headsets, and what's more is that Tribe Gaming will be producing a docu-series following their Vainglory team alongside Razer as part of the deal.

"The addition of Tribe Gaming to Team Razer further underscores our commitment to mobile esports. I'm a fan of Chief Pat and OJ, and I look forward to watching them dominate this year with the added performance of Razer Phones in-hand," said Min-Liang Tan, Razer's co-founder and CEO.

"Welcoming Razer to the Tribe is one of the crowning moments for us as an organization - Razer is on the frontline for pushing not only esports forward, but specifically pushing forward mobile esports as well. I've long been a fan and user of their products for producing content for my channels, and we're excited to be representing Razer as a team going forward into the future," added Chief Pat, Tribe Gaming's CEO.

Is this a good deal for both sides?
