The football club Wolverhampton Wanderers has signed a partnership deal with the payment solution company AstroPay, a deal that spans both the main football club but also its esports division.
Set to see AstroPay become Wolves' principal partner, this deal will also see the financial company's logo sported on the front of all Wolves shirts next season.
We're told in the press release that the inclusion of Wolves esports teams in the deal was crucial, as "esports is a key area of growth for both AstroPay and the club, and this alignment was an important factor for both parties when agreeing this unique deal."
There's no mention as to the actual length and value of the deal.
